We visited a few days ago. The Place was not busy when we arrived after 6 pm, seated immediately, great service from staff. Each staff member who walked by cleared our plates. Food was vibrant, fresh, and tasty. Every booth was next to a conveyor belt. The AYCE dinner was worth the money. The restaurant filled up by the end of our meal. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical based on their early reviews but it was all around an excellent local sushi place and great value for money! The sushi was really good- they do not load it up with rice, they have large fresh pieces of fish, service was attentive, food always came out very quickly. The hibachi is also excellent! So happy to have this place so close to us! Place fills up fast so I recommend getting there early on weekends. We went at 5:30 on a Saturday night and had no wait but by 6:30, the place was packed.

Food came quick, everything was good. Although I will say the salmon skin salad they put too much sauce I couldnt eat it all. Beautiful inside. I like the concept and enjoy sitting infront of the conveyor belt because I can eat right away while waiting for my order to shoot out. Server came by at good rate to reorder too

This was such a fun experience! Tried lots of things on the conveyor, ordered more of what we liked, and got to get our food delivered by the robots. I have some food allergies and our waiter was wonderful at making sure my questions were answered and was able to request rolls without certain sauces. Everything was delicious!

Great place! Went here with a group of 5 people and we had a great time! The server was amazing and super funny. We tried almost every special roll on the menu I think we hit like 21 rolls all together. This place is different then most all you can eat places they have this really cool robot that brings you your meals and talks so that was pretty cool. I highly recommend it!

We had my granddaughter's birthday celebration here. The food was fantastic, and service was exceptional. Only draw back was there wasn't seating for our party of 8 at one table, but we were close enough to enjoy our evening. She had her all you can eat sushi, which everyone wanted. The conveyor belt also allowed them to try items that normally would not have thought about. Everything was delicious! Another great thing is it is reasonably priced, and the food was fresh. When eating sushi the quality is extremely important. This is one of the best sushi restaurants i found in the DMV! A must try. The 4 star is service was because not being able to accommodate us at one table. But seeing the delivery system it made sense. Loved it!

We really enjoyed this place. We had many rolls from the menu and all were good. They had an automated train car that delivered the food so it came fast. Service was good. It is a good value. I would definitely recommend this place.

Unforgettable Service with a Side of Sass (and Sushi) I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Angel was just too unique not to share. Our server was unlike anyone I’ve ever encountered—sharp, witty, and somehow managed to roast us gently while still making us feel completely taken care of. It’s a rare skill to be that hilariously bold and perfectly professional. Every comment had a sparkle of mischief, but none of it ever felt mean—just playful enough to keep us laughing through the whole meal. And the best part? She was really good at her job. Drinks came on time, orders were spot-on, and her timing (both comedic and culinary) was flawless. If you’re looking for a bland, forgettable dining experience—maybe go elsewhere. But if you want amazing sushi and a server who could easily have a side gig as a stand-up comic, Angel is the place to be.
